The quote tool

To provide quotes, the quote form requests gender, birth date, self-reported health level, tobacco use status, coverage amount, and term preference. These answers travel to a quoting system run by the carriers to generate rates, but are not retained by this website. Viewing quotes requires no name, phone, or email. The system may cache identical requests briefly to avoid re-querying.

Applying

Choosing to apply prefills a secure application using your previous answers and runs on the carriers' platform under its own terms. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129), administers applications.

The contact form

Your contact form collects name, email, an optional phone number, preferred reply method, topic, and message. The agency receives it via email, with your email serving as the reply address. The website preserves no message copy, maintains no submission database, and logs no message text. An anti-spam verification runs locally before transmission.

Measurement

This website tracks visits using first-party, anonymous measurement served from this domain. Cookies and local tracking codes are not used; IP addresses are masked before storage; referral query strings are deleted; detailed logs are destroyed after three months. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browsers skip measurement entirely.

What we do not do

This site does not sell, trade, or share personal data. No third-party advertising networks, trackers, or analytics tools operate here. The sole third-party element is the carriers' application system on the application page, which loads only if you navigate there.
